2009 Golden Heart® winner for best Contemporary Series, I planned to be a published author from an early age when I started with stories such as “The Gigantic Talking Raisin” and “The Jumping Socks.” Unfortunately, it was not yet my time to shine. Skip ahead a few years and I tried my hand at poetry, but since this was done only when bored at school, and usually to the detriment of a substitute teacher, it wasn’t quite my forte either. But by then, I had discovered my mother’s romances and knew I’d found what I would one day write!

Skip ahead a few more years, a son, college, a technology career, and it’s safe to say the writing career got put on hold, but never forgotten. In 2005 I began seriously studying the craft with the intention of putting to end my dreams and making them my reality. I’m thrilled to announce, that in December of 2011, I found the right editor for me! I have two books scheduled for release in 2012, Spotlight and Second Chance for a Family.

I’m a contemporary romance writer striving to build characters and passion that’ll bring readers back time and again. As I travel the journey of publication, I hope you’ll check back often and share the trip with me!
