Alfredo Sauce

I thought I’d share one of my favorite recipes this week. This is a copycat recipe of Olive Garden’s Alfredo Sauce, and I have no idea where I got it. But it tastes exactly like Olive Garden’s! You might be thinking “Why make my own alfredo sauce? I can just buy a jar.” My answer is “Why buy something that tastes like it came from a jar when in fifteen minutes, you can have so much more!” ☺️

And in case you’re now thinking “I don’t eat fettucine alfredo all that often,” I say “Honey . . . You don’t even know.” I use this in all kinds of things! Lasagna (I’m not sure I’ll ever share that recipe, it’s that good), baked ravioli or tortellini (combined with a red sauce…OMG!), baked chicken with bowtie pasta. There are any number of places to use it to combine with other things, but it’s exceptional simply poured over pasta. Therefore, in my opinion, this is one you need to try.
