BBQ Chicken (Crock Pot)
This is seriously the BEST bbq chicken. I don’t like mine too heavy with sauce, so this one takes care of that by adding in Italian dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c BBQ sauce
- ¼ c Italian dressing
- ¼ c brown sugar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
Instructions
Season chicken breast lightly with salt and place in crockpot.
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken, then recover and let cook in sauce for additional 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
