Italian Dressing

I found this one when I was making a BBQ chicken recipe that I have which calls for Italian dressing. I didn’t have any dressing on hand, but I assumed I had the stuff to make some. A little Googling, and voila! 

I hope this one comes in useful for you at some point, too. Double or triple the recipe if you’re just wanting a bottle of dressing.

Ingredients

• ¾ c olive oil
• ¼ c red or white wine vinegar
• 1 t garlic powder
• 1 t dried oregano
• 1 t dried basil
• ½ t onion powder
• ½ t crushed red pepper
• ¾ t salt
• ½ t pepper

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and store in fridge.
